When is the best time to prune my elm tree?
The best time for pruning elm trees in Edmonton is between October 1 and March 31. You need to get elm tree permission form from Edmonton Forestry and Environmental Services if pruning is required outside of that date range. Also, if you are removing an elm tree from your property the stump must be removed a minimum of 10 centimeters below the soil line.
Are your arborists ISA certified?
All of our arborists are ISA certified and are knowledgeable and experienced in all proper tree care methods.
Do you carry insurance?
We are happy to provide proof of insurance with our commercial liability insurance policy.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM. We also offer 24-hour emergency services.
Do I need to be present for an estimate?
If you are not home when we come to provide an estimate we can leave an estimate in your mailbox or simply send you an email. Our estimates provide a clear description of the job as well as the species and location of plant material on your property.
If you are requesting a tree removal it is helpful to clearly mark the trees you desire to have removed.
What are your standards and practices?

Payment is only due upon completion of the job.
Can I keep any firewood generated?
Yes. Firewood will be piled in the general area of where the tree is removed. An extra charge may be applied if the firewood needs to be moved
